Despite how fast it can swim, Ottarnish can't seem to stay clean. The piece of metal stuck on it's neck is more of an accessory, really.
Ottarnish is Earth type, and comes from the Nimble Tribe.

Ottarnish's name is a combination of "Otter" and "Tarnish".
Ottarnish's Turkish name, "Samüzme", is a combination of "Samur" meaning otter, and "Yüzme", meaning to swim.
